Before the interview process, they send me some questions to answer by writing. And they stalled me after that for 3 months. And then said they will stop hiring for that role. Now I see the role is open again at Linkedn but noone has approached. This is interesting as they were very interested in me.

I was contacted by the recruiter who was initially very responsive and had a couple of informal phone interviews with them. I then progressed to a thirty minute interview with the hiring manager and was told within a few days I would go to the final stage - a case study and a final interview. I organised the final interview, despite being on holiday, as they seemed very keen to interview as soon as possible. I completed the final interview, which was largely the same questions I'd been asked by the hiring manager and during the first interview. I was told I'd hear within 24 - 48 hours. After a week, I contacted the recruiter and got an out of office - they hadn't informed me they'd be on holiday for 2 weeks or given me an alternative contact. When I contacted another recruiter, I was told they didn't know the outcome and couldn't find out so I'd have to wait. The recruiter was back from holiday and still hadn't contacted, I had to chase 4 times to get a response that they "really liked me and wanted to hire me but the role was no longer available but they'd want to contact me about future roles as I'd be a great fit for ICF" (they have never done since). When I asked for feedback and clarification about why the role is no longer available I was ignored again by the recruiter. The behaviour of the recruiter has reflected really poorly on ICF as a company and I would not recommend applying or interviewing for a role here.
