ICDSoft interview questions

1. Phone screening: they asked 5-6 questions over the phone and then invited me to on-site interview. 2. On site interview was quite long: they asked more than 50 tech questions, which took about 2 hours. It felt somewhat like an school exam. 3. On site test drive: a whole working day where I had to setup a server with various applications on it and also some hardware and software troubleshooting. I was allowed to use internet etc. - just a work day simulation.
