The interview process is extremely easy. I applied online and was scheduled for an interview a few days later after passing a phone screening. The phone screening is also simple. They just ask questions like are you 18, can you pass a drug test, do you have customer service experience. On your interview day, when you walk into the lobby those 30+ individuals waiting along with you are all there for interviews. Once you go upstairs you interview one on one with a recruiter. You also need to pass a 25 WPM tying test. The same day you interview will one of the Call Center Supervisors. If you are invited back for screening you got the job. On the screening day you just get an overview of the company and an overview of training as well as your training schedule/hours and pay. The week after you will have orientation a few days before your start date. The hiring process takes about a week to two weeks. Very simple questions.

It was smooth, it started out with an a short test of my technical skills; once the test was completed we did a typing and speech test. Then finally the interview; specific questions about mobile phones and how i handle changes.
