After submitting my CV and portfolio, they contacted me straight forward to schedule an interview with the social media manager. It was a great experience and the company seems to have a nice culture and vibe.

Interview
Applied online with motivation letter and resume just before deadline. Received invitation very quick. I had an acquaintance working at this organization who provided me of information about the job. Online there was not much to be found. Looking back the job description was not very accurate.
The procedure included 3 interviews:
1) interview 2 direct colleagues
2) interview 1 direct colleague + director
3) negotiation
