Interview
They come to your college career fare. You can grab a brochure and submit your resume to them. They will give you a call if they like you/resume. If you get chosen for an interview they will call you over the phone and then there will be a face to face interview usually when they are back on campus.

Question 1
What was the most challenging project you worked on in a computer science course? How did you overcome some of the challenges throughout this project
They put candidates in a hotel and took us out for dinner and bowling the night before the interview. It was surprisingly fun. You could see the full time employees really got along great. The interview day was professional, they put effort into recruiting. Overall it was one of the most enjoyable interview processes.
