I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Huron Consulting Group (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2018
Interview
The process was quick, but in a refreshing way. The recruiters were prompt with each step and answered any questions you had along the way. The process was started out with an initial phone interview asking very basic questions about yourself and your resume. She also explained the salary range and benefits for the role. From that point I was connected with a manager for a 30 min phone interview. They asked more technical questions involved with the role. After that there were a few days in between the second call and the recruiter reaching out to schedule an onsite interview. The onsite interview was with three individuals. Every individual did a wonderful job of explaining the organization, and how their role fit into the team. None of the questions asked were too challenging. Some were based more technically, while others were behavioral. All in all it was an efficient interview process.

Question 1
If you have multiple tasks, all of equal importance, with similar due dates how would you handle that situation?
Phone interview with member of the recruiting team followed by an interview with 3 people in one day. The in person interview process took about 3 hours. The recruiting team is helpful, but needed to follow up with them frequently. In the interview I was asked a number of MS Excel related questions. They asked about Pivot Tables and other Excel tools used in analysis. The entire process took about two weeks.
