Submitted application through a career board online. Was called a few days later by recruiter and did a very basic phone screening. At the end of call she set up a face to face interview. Was about a group of 10 other candidates waiting to be interviewed as well when I got there. Ended up being interviewed with one other person. Was asked pretty simple behavioral and situational questions. After interview they put you in an office by yourself and were told to wait for the phone to ring. A lady from HR calls and goes over salary. Was given an offer on the spot. Training started a month later.

I filled out application online & was emailed to schedule a phone interview. We went over background. She was friendly. I was adked to come in a week for a group interview with 1-2 other people. Interviewer asked said they would send out 2 emails with info for me. She also stated position start date would be 10/12/15 & asked if that would be okay?
