Interview
Employment agency screening, HR screening, 2 interviews with leadership. Internal associates experience HR screening, 2 interviews with leadership. Interview questions vary based on the role you are applying for, but all questions are situational. They can be very difficult if you are not prepared for these types of formal questioning. Interviewers are given a packet of questions to choose from and usually consist of at least 3 questions that leadership feels would tell the most about whether the person would be a good fit.
