I applied online. I interviewed at Humana in Feb 2026
Interview
I applied on 2/3, completed the automated text Hirevue sometime in the next 2 weeks after that, and then I was reached out to by email with a link to schedule a video interview. I had the interview on 2/27 and was told I'd hear back within that next week about 2nd rounds, and then I received the rejection email about a month later. The interview was 1-1 and the interviewer was nice; mostly asked about my experience and projects I've done. Between the time that I interviewed and the time that I received the rejection, there was total silence and no response from the "recruiter" that had reached out originally about scheduling an interview, so I'm really not even sure if that was an actual person despite having an email for questions. Overall a very long, impersonal, and low communication process leaving you in limbo for some time.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What is your preference between Excel, SQL, Python, etc.?
Interview at Humana was structured and professional. Questions focused on real-world data security and cloud governance scenarios. The panel was respectful, but feedback was not provided post-interview. Overall, a positive experience, though more transparency on next steps would help.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Humana (Norfolk, VA) in Dec 2021
Interview
Overall the process was very smooth. There was an online questionnaire followed by one zoom call with a few people. Everyone was very transparent about the timeline and what to expect
