Human Element (MI) interview questions

I went t through three separate interviews, and was told that they would give back to me within the week, several months later I still haven't heard back. Which isn't a problem but you can at least inform candidates that they're no longer in the running for a position.

casual talk about the company development, their departments and projects they are currently working on. asked my my experience with PHP and asked if i would like front-end or back end.
