El proceso de entrevista es simple, un hackerrank y una entrevista técnica después de la primera llamada. Posterior a eso solo es el seguimiento que necesite el partner y finalmente la oferta.

The interview process at Howdy is well-structured and transparent. It starts with an HR screening, followed by a technical assessment, a live coding screen-sharing session, and a theoretical screening. After passing all Howdy stages, they match you with one of their partner companies.. The client interview had two rounds: the first was a get-to-know-you conversation with the engineering manager covering experience and behavioral questions, and the second was a hands-on coding test.

Interview
The interview process consist in an screening, technical challenge, technical interview, management interview and client interview.
On the technical interview, the technical interviewer did not had qualifications to interview, according to Linkedin they are an audio engineer, rugby player with no experience in Software Development, but less than a year as technical recruiter. This is an issue because they take very much in consideration the feedback from this interview to assess your seniority and make you and offer.
