The interview was done with the transport manager. She/He (as they have 4 managers), will begin to ask you if you have any transport or hospital experience. If you don't, they will ask you for customer service experience.

Applied online then received a call about interview. Interviewed with HR recruiter, was asked general and behavioral questions. Then met with dept manager for more questions and to go over qualifications, attire, culture, etc.
