Nothing special. Quick initial phone interview then an in person interview at the office. It was pretty standard. However... I saw everyone at the office looked 30 years old or younger. In my opinion they are simply not interested in hiring anybody over 40. It's not a fact, just my opinion. I was highly qualified for the job, yet was not offered the position. I see this pseudo age discrimination everywhere. Of course they are PC about all but they need to diversify their staff not just in race and gender (which is diverse) but in age as well.

first had to call the HR director and do an intro, then got brought in to learn in detail about the process, then had to take a personality test, which lead to an do a PP on our service and the features and their benefits, finally interview with the VP and Director or sales.
