Premier échange assez long, on laisse le temps de bien se présenter et parler de ces projets. A la fin, demande de références ... car c'est là la véritable raison de l'entretien

où en sont les projets sur lesquels vous avez travaillé ?
Premier contact par téléphone, suivi d'un entretien RH (expériences précédentes, motivations à rejoindre l'entreprise, langages utilisés, présentation des clients historiques...) et d'un entretien technique et d'un entretien avec le CEO.
Fake, they scam people to get the contact of their previous companies and try to sell them their services.. what a cheap way of using people the first shady thing is they don't even show their face in the interview.. they tell you something off with the camera If u got ana interview with them, just don't bother it's unhuman using people's honesty and time for their benifit ..
