I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Kansas City, MO) in Nov 2021
Interview
Screening call followed by in person round robin interviewing with different departmental hiring managers. Entirely behavioral, looking for strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team more than technical prowess.

Describe a project where things didn't go as planned and how did you adjust.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Birmingham, AL) in Jan 2020
Interview
very thorough and very professional. There were three separate phone interviews and the questions were very specific. The resume and the Job Description were both covered in great detail. The team I would work with was included in the call process. Questions were relevant to the position and not just jibber jabber. All were polite and professional.
