I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Honeywell (Amsterdam) in Jul 2015
Interview
5-6 phone interviews, one face-to-face, job offered, screening. The first stages were done with a specialized recruiting agent, then with the potential managers. Interviews were professionally organized and did happen in time. The whole process though took about 5 months till I received an answer. There was also a screening process where some external service provider is checking the correctness of the CV and provided data.
1-2 behavioral interview rounds. 1st round may be through an external agency. 2nd round would be with full time members on the team. Online interview, about 30 minutes long. 2 interviewees with basic behavioral questions.
Did an online form in place of a typical HR screening. Completed an online cognitive assessment. Had one interview with the hiring manager, and then a final interview with a panel.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Honeywell
Interview
No follow-up. Three weeks after my interview, I contacted the HR department to find out they had filled the position I interviewed for. I never heard anything back from the hiring manager, even though they said they would contact me 'either way.' Very frustrating.
