The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial recruiter screening, a scenario-based interview, and a final interview with leadership. The scenario interview focused heavily on patient communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and handling real-world situations. Candidates should be prepared to discuss how they would respond to patient concerns and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The interviewers were professional, and the scenarios provided a realistic view of the role. My only area for improvement would be communication regarding timelines. I was advised that a decision would be provided within 72 hours, but the timeline passed without an update. More proactive communication regarding hiring decisions or delays would improve the candidate experience. Overall, got denied after 3 rounds for the 15 dollar hour position.

2 steps, great people and great conversations. Took about a month process and everything was virtual. Got to meet top individuals at the company. Scheduling was relatively easy and individuals were nice and accommodating.
