I applied online. I interviewed at HomeSense (Royal Tunbridge Wells, England) in Oct 2022
Interview
It was a very chilled overall experiance, the questions were hard because they were all 'tell me a time' type questions which was hard because you can't really prepare for it. Although they didn't really seem to care about your actual answers they were more seeing how you are as a person

Question 1
'tell me a time' questions for example 'tell me a time you ran into a problem and found multiple solutions'
It was a long interview. The HR managers invited more than 100 candidates in one day. Most of the interview questions were work-related. The managers were very patient and friendly.

Question 1
They asked about my work experience and availability.
I applied online and was then scheduled to meet the manager in person at the store. I had one interview that was about 30 minutes long. The manger asked questions about school, interests, and was very friendly. I was asked what my availability was and then hired.
It was easy and enjoyable, you just had to be honest with answering the questions. You don't need much experience with working on the floor but it helps to have customer experience or other retail experience.
