I interviewed with a supervisor. He was kind and smiled a lot. He noticed my experience and well grounded attributes. He liked the interview and wanted to move forward with hiring.

Question 1
They asked me what I had to offer the company and if I was ok with approaching customers in sales of company cards.
It was very peronsable. Really wanted to make sure the people working there really care about the product and customers. I felt like they wanted to build a community so really talking about your passion for continuing your career with them as they have so many jobs that you can make your way up.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Woodbridge, NJ) in Oct 2023
Interview
Interview process was very short. Igot called in for an Interview twi days after I submitted the application. I Spent roughly 15 minutes with the hiring manager. It took them 3 weeks to run a background check, and get thier orientation started.
Very simple , straight to the point. Homegoods wants you to make sure the store is clean and up to part. Make sure you know each aisle for the customers
