it was easy but fast paced they love to hire from within and wanted to make sure i was ready to take on the position and it’s challenges. Their are typically some casual conversations followed by one more formal interview
Paper Application, unless you ask for a manager to give it to it will get lost in passing. Once called in they bring you in one on one ask about experience, how you would rate yourself as a worker, what you can contribute to the company and so on and so forth. If you have the job they will tell you when you start at the end, if you don't they will tell you they will call you. It wasn't very stressful interview everything was very mellow so they could feel out what kind of person you were.
Not good, phone interview and in person. No talk of benefits and was given no call back. Sorta felt like they were just hiring anyone! Will not interview again with a tJX
I applied in-person. I interviewed at HomeGoods (Austin, TX) in Apr 2019
Interview
The interview was super quick an easy. The manager was a sweetheart, she made me feel so comfortable and calm. The interview was two days after I applied in person, so the process was very fast.
