Interview
First there is a phone interview. Then you have to go to the store for an interview with one of the managers. They asked you to arrive 15 min before and they make you wait. The managers are not interested in their employee prospects as much as their clients. There were two managers in duty and none of them wanted to do the job interview. They said they were going to call me to notify me of any kind of response about work, but they didn't.

I had gone through two separate interviews, with two different assistant store managers, both were laid back and asked mostly basic customer service questions. They also asked questions about examples of working with a team in my previous work experiences.

Easy to follow and easy to access, it was a process for hiring a lot of positions, and a lot of available jobs in the virtual fair, interview was easy and straightforward.
