The interview process was unique. I spoke with HR and VP of Marketing on phone interviews. I was then invited to the plant location for an interview with the VP of HR.

The main question I was asked during my interview was if I planned to have children. This seemed to be of high importance to them as they informed me that the person who had previously held the position left the company to start a family.
