Hol-Mac interview questions

The interview process was unique. I spoke with HR and VP of Marketing on phone interviews. I was then invited to the plant location for an interview with the VP of HR.

Great interview experience. HR took their time to make me feel wanted and valued. Interview lasted about 3 hours — took me through the different plants and explained all the processes. Very thorough. Was more about getting to know me rather than technical questions.
