Hofy interview questions

Only did the first round. Just leaving a review so I can access the site for 12 months. They were nice though. I spoke with their recruiter who was super friendly but ultimately they did not move forward with me.

1. HR Talent Screening Interview 2. Interview with the Head of People & Talent 3. Interview with the Co-Founder Overall the interview process allowed me to meet with my future colleagues, understand the business function and hiring goals, and also meet with the Co-Founder to align on values. I was asked thoughtful questions and they were incredibly proactive in expediting my process.
