Interviewing and hiring was very simple. I filled out an application in store, then received a phone call for an in-store interview with the store manager, and went in the next day. The interview lasted about an hour and was pretty straightforward. I brought a cover letter describing why I wanted the job, how I would benefit the store and company, and my experience with paint and color. I received a call the following day to be hired, and accepted. I started training the following week.
