Interview
First I had a screeing interview with the recquirtment about my notice period, general questions and salary expectations then I had an interview with the hiring manager, it was conversational and casual then I had a test and passed and got the offer.

Two stage interview - first was a chat, followed by a presentation of campaign ideas. Be prepared with a lot of your own questions and make sure you deep dive into the pay and promotion opportunities

Interview
This was an overall smooth processes, took very little time and effort. From the first interview i got an instant feedback for the second interview, then post the second interview i got feedback saying they liked me but had one more interview and then 3 days later they gave me the job.
