Everyone was very kind and I met multiple people. I wasn’t provided any feedback which was disappointing but I enjoyed the experience nonetheless and grateful for the opportunity to interview after submitting an entry level CV and cover letter without past relevant experience

They asked about any recent policy decisions or significant political trends in BC, trying to see whether I was aware of and following provincial politics
It was a straightforward process where they asked about my experience and it included a case study. I also met with the wider practice team members during the process for a personality fit check
The interview process was straightforward with three stages: an initial HR screening, followed by an interview with the principal, and concluding with a final HR interview. The interview was very basic questions.
