It was happened 2 years back, when they came for recruitment at Hyderabad. Interview process is very long, I spend like 12 hours with them. First 4 hours coding, simple networking app to fetch some data from flickr API, and show in table view. Then technical discussion for same. Then CTO round discussing, multithreading, stacks, queues, sorting, searching. After that one good telephonic discussion about iOS questions, I was able to correctly answer 70% questions. So I left around 8.
After that I had two more telephonic rounds around 45 mins from hiring, and engineering managers. Over all had a positive feedback from every one, so I was expecting an offer from them, but after one week I got feedback (I had to call them to get the feedback), my technical skills didn't match for it.
I was ok, but it made a very bad impression of them, because I wasted so much time. They should have rejected me in the very early phase. I still got calls for Hike messenger for iOS lead, but decided not to go there, as there process for selection is very exhausting, if you don't want to select some one than make your mind as early as possible so it can save my and your time. The reason I am writing this review is, so that it can help others when they go for interview, they should be aware that how much time they have to spend there, and what are the chances. And back in 2016, things are still same at Bangalore one of my friend (very good engineer) went there, same process, he wasted full day, and no results. Please learn to respect time of others.
