It was a 2 step process for a contract role. They were more interested in team fit then actual work delivery. Fast moving and experimentation based culture questions. Areas of interest that you would like to lead and contribute.

Had a very negative experience - my interview process was expedited as they were keen on my CV and experience thus skipped a phase. The interview experience was extremely unprofessional and rude - it was scheduled for an hour but I was cut short right at 30min and was told the talent partner would follow up ( which they never did). I understand every company has different expectation on alignment on candidates experience and outcome but don't just rush into throwing a candidate right into a final interview blindly if you didn't even review their portfolio
