I found this company in LinkedIn’s job page while I was applying to a lot of companies in the area in marketing or sales The job application presents this position involving both marketing and sales to represent Highland Reserve to their clients.
In the interview they immediately talk about they want to hire you and train you how to become a manager as quickly as possible. They also talk about their goals to move you into their other business to business departments as you progress.
They dramatically misrepresent themselves from job application, interview, and the actual job itself. Personally, I think that they have encourage their employees to write good reviews on glassdoor because I found a bunch of similar reviews saying almost the identical things and all having five stars. Even for a great company you’re not going to find all five star reviews and almost word for word reviews.
No matter what they tell you, here’s what you need to picture: it’s 6pm and you’re getting ready to eat dinner and a stranger comes to knock on your door randomly and tries to sign you up for AT&T... That is the only job available no matter what they tell you, that’s what they’re hiring for right now (11/13/2019).
I am not upset about the idea of door-to-door sales just by themselves, but only that they did not represent the job that way at all on the application. I was frustrated because I know that I’m not looking for that kind of sales job and I drove to the other side of town and wasted my time and gas. They need to be more honest on their application. I told the woman interviewing me that they had misrepresent at the job application and I was not interested in doing door-to-door AT&T sales, she said that’s all we have so have a great day.
Also this is an identical job as “Crafting Solutions Group” and that company actually misrepresented the job even worse, both collapses literally share the same office.
