Interview
The intervention process was straightforward. The questions were standard and basic - “why are you interested, what qualifications would you bring to the table, etc?” I did ask questions about accountability, leadership, pursuit of medical outcomes, mutual respect, autonomy and employee retention. Unfortunately, after taking the job none of the promises made regarding my inquiries were honored.

I received a call for an interview after two weeks. Two people asked me questions and wrote down my answers. They asked me to sign a release for a background check. The staff was friendly and professional.

Interview procesa was very straightforward and easy going. Three people were on the panel sitting at a table. Wait time was literally minutes. Receptionist was inviting and immediately made me feel welcome and notified the panel immediately. Questions were pretty much standard but the follow up took months.
