Interview
The interview process consisted of several stages:
Recruiter Phone Screen: An initial interview with a recruiter.
Home Assignment: A take-home exam consisting of personal questions and an analytical Excel test that took an hour and a half.
Hiring Manager & HR Interviews: Two back-to-back interviews conducted on the same day.
Department Manager Interview: A final technical or cultural fit interview with the head of the department.
The Offer: The final stage of the process.
