Standard phone call to ask basic technical stuff and english prominence.
Second call with the dev Manager,personal stuff,a bit more complex technical questions.
In site interview with team lead. Real life scenario questions,for my position,WCF,ASP.NET,JS,AJAX related things.

Question 1
How would you ensure data availability,in a high demand environment (Herbalife's online ordering portal),during an outage/maintenance/DB crash?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Herbalife (Bengaluru)
Interview
Initial screening process was done by HR. Then after few days a telephonic interview happened. I was asked on my current projects. General .net,C# questions, Also explained the job profile for which they were looking for candidates.The second round interview was scheduled after 2 weeks. this was F2F interview at Herbalife office with technical manager, project manager and director. This time more work experience related questions were asked. HR discussion was generic and Offer given same day.
