Interviewed once, and the process was not hard. Everyone was pleasant. I had a good feeling about the company. The reviews on Glassdoor were scary. I had heard about HI from other employees, who told me management and HR were sketchy, and they can't be trusted. I didn't get that impression when I interviewed there.
