The initial interview was with an HR assistant and then there were 4 more interviews after with various managers. Everyone was friends and asked standard hospitality interview questions. Some of the interviews were all in one day which condensed the process a bit.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hay Adams Hotel (Washington, DC) in Jan 2017
Interview
Took one month, had 3 interviews with HR, Hotel Manager, and Department Manager. The process was very easy, a classic hotel interview with behavioral questions and past experience questions. HR was very attentive and helpful through out the process. Great HR in this property.
