Interview
Initial Phone Interview with Manager, and then an on-site interview with a local representative. The phone interview was intensive, with a lot of questions asked. Very good interview questions. The on-site interview started with a skills assessment test, and then was a straight-forward discussion of the job in general, as well as more questions about my background and job history. Overall, the process was typical, with great people involved from the company.
