Interview
The Interview process was well communicated and structure giving a really good representation of the company. I found everyone was accommodating, efficient and it was clear that throughout they were really trying to discover both if I was right for there company, but also whether they are the right company for me. Any information I needed was to hand and they showed a noticeable interest in moving the process forward for me. The interview process was thorough and I appreciated this, as it showed they take great care in hiring and each person on board is instantly a valued member.

It was a group interview. They put us in small group and then ask some questions to see how we work as a group and if we stand out. Then they will pick anyone that stand out to them and interview more

Very friendly process and very thorough, ultimately it was one of the most in depth interview processes I have come across but fully understand that Harvey jones are looking for the correct personality in addition to qualifications.
