Interview
The process was pretty straight forward. I applied for the position in person and showed interest to the head pastor. He conveyed to the board of directors that i was interested in the position, which was filled by a part time admin. There were other candidates that I did know of and we all went through the same process. After meeting with the board and the head pastor, I was given a few weeks before they let me know that I had the job.
