Hari Vishnu Communication interview questions

It is a election campaign company. Interview was postponed several time. Finally Interview took place. Got selected on same day and they asked to submit Rs. 1000 as registration fee. All the process was over, but again a week later got the call for final round of interview. Then I got doubt that it is now rejection process. Attended the final interview and three days later got the call (on inquiring) that I was not selected. They promised to return the registration money. They even rejected few candidates whom they had issued offer later and those who had worked for 3 days in the company. Interview was completely unorganized and no clear information. During my first round of interview when I asked them on which technology they work on, they replied it can not be disclosed.
