It was pretty standard. It started with an analyst screening, the next round was a VP case study, and the last round was with the director of the group. All in all not a bad process, it took 4.5 weeks to hear back.

Tell me about yourself and walk me through your resume
Brief call, they were looking for someone with more direct compliance experience who had worked for a law firm. Jeff was friendly and polite, but kept the call short because my skillset didn't match their current need.
Spoke with the Senior Manager. Standard questions like why am I leaving my current role, why I applied, why would I be a good fit. Also asked questions aimed to understand logical thinking.
