It started off with your usual phone interview that was for screening. After the phone call I was told I will be making it to the next round of interviews and it would be virtual. After that I was invited for an in-person interview where I would meet up with three different people. So I showed up and walked around with a newly promoted HR rep. Very nice person and see they have a solid drive and will be going places. Then I met with the HR Manager and finally the GM. All-in-all, spent nearly 2.5 hours. The sad part is I never heard back again after that. I reached out to the TAM and nothing... I was ghosted. I find this to be inconsiderate and unprofessional. I can appreciate wanting to set up a multi-interview timeline, but to give nothing back in return for my time was just wrong. It is already difficult enough to find a job these days. As frustrating as this experience was, I hope you found the right person for the job.
