Hammond Lumber Company interview questions

Interview was very short. Schedule is M-F 7am to 5pm with a half day every other Saturday. Position comes with a total of 5 days PTO the first year, including sick time. Second interview is nearly 2 hours away. Doesn't seem like a place that values work life balance.

They will ask what your goals are, what is the one critique you would give yourself. They ask what your knowledge is and what you're looking for with the company
