Interview
The interview process was Very simple. Asked questions on paper format and lasted about 15 minutes. It wasn’t timed, had a small conversation with the manager after. Some of the questions were a bit challenging because there was a possibility that it could’ve been answered a few different ways. Overall it was a positive experience.

What would you do if a person was giving a hard time about the price of something?
Fairly casual and genuine. Will ask on your experience on the role you are applying to, and will request for your availability. They give you a lot of time to ask questions and answer in the most genuine and understanding way.

Interview
Very easy process. Simple structure. Job was explained well and how training would be conducted. Pretty small shop so the owner is very involved through the whole process. No complaints about the process.
