Very easy as I had previous experience at IKEA. Just show enthusiasm for the products and appreciation for their uniqueness. Give background information about Habitat and describe what appeals to you about Habitat products.
Laid back and easy going- I was asked about the company history as well as scenarios that might happen in store and how you would deal with them. Also general questions about time management and organisation etc,

Easy and straightforward, phone interview followed by store interview both with store manager. Relaxed format and very pleasant experience. Looking for sales experience and great customer service, just present well!
