I applied online. I interviewed at HUB International (Sicamous, BC)
Interview
A few days after my application was applied through Hub international website, I received an informal phone interview with the branch team leader and scheduled an in-office interview for the following week. Upon arriving for my in for my interview I was greeted by the team leader and introduced to the manager, who conducted the interview with the team leader present. I was offered a drink and a seat. I was made to feel at ease, with the warm welcome and informal discussion, questions were easy to understand and deliberate on. The experience was positive and left feeling hopeful. I week went by, and I hadn't heard anything, so I took it upon myself to go back to the branch and ask if they had any doubts or questions. As it happens, I didn't say anything, as soon as the team leader saw me, she instantly said she was glad I came in and offered me the position.
