The interview process for this position was very welcoming. HUB moves quickly with their interview process which is very rare with large companies. All parties did a great job at explaining the fullness of the role and answering questions honestly. I felt that this interview was a two way street; an opportunity for them to interview me and for me to interview them.

Interview
HR team was very communicative about the process and timeless and gave valuable insight into the role and qualities of an ideal candidate. I felt my time was respected throughout each interview stage and appreciated the opportunity to better understand multiple segments of the business.
The interview process was very professional. There was an phone interview followed by a zoom interview with leadership of the company. The interview ran to an hour with some time at the end for questions.
