I met directly with my prospective manager and the process was very smooth. We were able to dive deep into what both of us were looking for and what expectations there would be. It was a great experience overall. I felt very comfortable sharing my needs and expectations and appreciated the way my interviewer laid out the details and expectations of the position/company.
