Interview
The interview process was easy and fairly fast. I reported to the Oakhurst location and Donna Smith gave me an interview. I then had second interview with Steve, from the Madera location over telephone.

The process was quick and informative. The recruiter and the hiring manager were helpful and answered all of my questions. I was given information about pay, benefits, hours and the job upfront. I was able to meet some of the team during my onsite interview.

Interview
This was one of the smoothest interview processes in my adult life. Communication was prompt and clear. There were a total of 4 interviews including a phone screen and a team member interview. I appreciate that the company values the opinions of their existing employees and wants to give them the chance to meet potential new hires.
