The interview process was simple there were two separate interviews conducted one virtual and one in person. After the second i was offered the position and worked closely with HR and getting all documents completed and signed before my first day. The overall process was simple.

Interview
The interview process with HUB International was professional, quick, and precise. The HR lead and Team leads that I met with were extremely thorough and helpful. The entire process was fast-moving. I applied, interviewed twice, walked through the office, and gave my previous employer a three week notice all within six weeks. The quick process was all the more impressive because no steps were skipped. The hiring team took the time to ask me and answer all of my questions. Overall, great experience!

Interview
Very friendly and conversational. I first had a phone interview with a hiring manager, then I had a Teams interview with the head of Commerical Lines, after I had an in-person interview with the head of Commerical Lines and the manager of the small business team.
