Interview
I'm very confused. The interview was very easy without any challenging questions. After answering all the questions, I was asked whether I would agree on a much smaller salary than I had at that time for no reason, seriously. Moreover, there is no any research activity in Moscow office as I understand. I can say that, because I asked the interviewers lots of questions on the kind of projects they work on. As they said, the research for them is learning some new frameworks, libraries etc. But as a Software Engineer, I learn new stuff every day without working at "research companies". It is just impossible for Software Engineers to live without learning on a daily basis
The recruiter was chasing me and after the interview he just ghosted me and when I sent a mail to the manager whom I had an interview with asking about a feedback, the recruiter rang me just once and when I called back, he told me he was busy and would call me again and never called and I was never even rejected on the portal
It was medium-level of interview: consisting of two rounds. The first round was general behavioural questions, and the Second round was based on my previous project. I had to give a presentation for the project.

They asked typical behavioural qs: Tell me about yourself
Was a casual blend of common java technical questions and behavioural questions. Interview itself was relatively calm and had a casual atmosphere to it. Common questions found on geek2geek website for java technical questions.
